Authentication, notifications and profile management.

Missing activation email

Email delivery can take up to 10 minutes depending on your provider. If it has not been delivered, check your email box's spam section to make sure that the email has not been accidentally marked as spam.

If the email is not there, you can request another one by filling out the form here.

Sign-in failures

The most common reason for sign-in failures is the invalid combination of email and password.

If you are not sure that the provided password is correct, you can start the password reset procedure by filling out the form here.

It's important to point out that not all accounts have a password, which is often the case when the registration process was not completed directly on the website, i.e. the account was created by using the credentials received from one of the supported social networks. The only way to sign into such an account is to use the same social network that was used for creating the account. Upon a successful sign-in, the password can be set up manually by filling out the form in the Profile section of the office space.

Changing username

Changing or assigning a password

In order to change the current password or assign a new one, fill out the form in the Profile section of the office space.

Managing email notifications

In order to activate or deactivate some specific notification, toggle the corresponding button in the Notifications settings section of the office space.

All email notifications are optional.

Updating personal information

In order to update the personal information, go to the Profile section of the office space and fill out the form.

All fields of the form are optional.

Updating avatar

In order to update the avatar, go to the Profile section of the office space, click the Upload button close to the current avatar and select the image that you want to assign as your avatar.

Avatar image requirements:

  • Minimal height and width: 400px

  • Maximum height and width: 3000px

  • Minimum ratio of width/height: 0.5

  • Maximum ratio of width/height: 2

  • Maximum size: 5MB

  • Formats: JPEG or PNG

Deleting avatar

In order to delete the avatar, i.e. set it to the default one, go to the Profile section of the office space and click the Delete button close to the current avatar.
